Throughout our lives my Co-founder and I had encountered the same issue. Used Phones. They were highly unreliable and had many issues such as noticeable wear and sometimes had replaced parts. We knew that not everyone is able to afford the costs of a good phone but that doesn’t mean they can’t have one. We spent months researching Used Phones. And eventually began to sell them. We went the extra mile to ensure that they were all tested and checked not once but 3 times for any signs of damage for customer satisfaction. We believe that this is what sets us apart from other sellers. We even provided the accessories to give the same experience as having a new phone. Why should someone miss out because of their budget? In the unlikely event that a problem arises we provided a refund or fixed the product/sent a replacement. After a year  we hit a milestone of 20 years in the tech industry. This extra experience really helped us develop our brand and fix problems that not many others would be able to.  Additionally, buying a used phone is a huge way you can help the planet. Not only is buying a used phone cost effective it is also sustainable! Many people are unaware of the climate effects of device manufacturing. Fossil fuels are burnt which contain harmful amounts of sulphur oxides and of course carbon dioxide. These in turn cause acid rain and kill wildlife and lead to pollution. If this continues then in a couple years humans who haven’t already been affected by climate change will be. Loss of life, no shelter, food insecurity and poverty are just a few issues that will arise. By purchasing a used phone you will be taking the much needed step to stop climate change.
