OLED or Incell LCD: which Samsung screen should you choose?

OLED screens use the same display technology as Samsung's originals, giving deep blacks, bright colour and a slim fit. Every Samsung OLED screen we sell supports the in-display fingerprint sensor. This is the key difference from incell LCD, which cannot support it. ROKIT Incell LCDs are a lower-cost alternative for everyday repairs. They're a good choice for older or budget models, or when price matters more than an exact match to the original display.

With frame or without frame?

Screens with frame come pre-fitted to the mid-frame, so the repair is quicker and there's less risk of damaging the new display during fitting. Screens without frame are the cheapest option, but need the original frame to be cleaned and re-glued.

Finding your exact Samsung model

Many Galaxy phones come in 4G and 5G versions with different screens, for example the A14 4G (SM-A145) and A14 5G (SM-A146). Check the model number in Settings › About phone, and match it to the SM- code in the product title.
