Why choose OLED over incell LCD?

OLED is the display type Samsung uses on most Galaxy phones, so these screens give the closest match to the original colour, contrast and thickness. Most importantly, the in-display fingerprint sensor works with all of our Samsung OLED screens. Incell LCD screens cannot support an in-display fingerprint sensor. After fitting, delete and re-register fingerprints in Settings for the best results.

Frame colour is listed where it varies, for example on the S23 Ultra. Always match the SM- model number, because 4G and 5G versions use different screens. For a lower-cost repair where fingerprint unlock is not needed, see Samsung Incell LCD screens with frame.
